The lab for Sustainable Simplification is a change project that uses the U-theory of change and Service Design (Namahn) to address complex questions. The purpose is to identify solutions, that emerge from different stakeholders engaging in dialogue.
One lab, Durflkab, is focusing on the life quality of (the parents of) handicapped children, a fractal of the complicated health care system. Prototyping in the city of Kortrijk.
